2007 – Expedition AGAVE

Purpose Search for, and investigation of, hydrothermal vents on the Gakkel Ridge. Ice management needed in order to lower devices to full ocean depths over four hours and hitting a 20x20m area on the bottom with the ship stationary in drifting ice.
